What I work on
Security. Penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, log analysis, and system hardening — practiced both in coursework and across 20+ competitive events with Penn State’s Competitive Cyber Security Organization.
Infrastructure. As Cloud Systems Administrator for CCSO, I build the environments other members break and defend: intentionally vulnerable routers, Linux servers, and Windows hosts, configured with Ansible and deployed on OpenStack via Heat templates with Ceph storage.
Linux, deeply. I run Gentoo. That habit turned into lazygentoo, an installer that automates LUKS full-disk encryption, custom kernel builds, Secure Boot signing, and TPM2 auto-unlock bound to PCR 7 — and into reach, a tiling Wayland window manager I wrote in Zig on top of the river compositor.
